We do our best to display our products accurately, including colour, texture, and finish. However:

• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.
• As many of our pieces involve natural or premium hair, slight variation between individual items is normal and not considered a fault.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are correct at the time of publishing but may be updated without notice.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once we've confirmed and processed your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order - for example, if a product is out of stock, priced in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, you'll be notified and refunded in full for that item.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping is available within the UK and internationally. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
