Shipping
- UK and international delivery
- Dispatch within 1-2 business days
- UK delivery within 3-5 business days once dispatched
- UK flat-rate shipping: £4.99
- International fees calculated at checkout
- Tracking sent by dispatch confirmation email
Returns
- Return request within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn and unused
- Original packaging and tags required
- Proof of purchase required
- Wigs showing signs of wear cannot be accepted
Tracking information is sent by dispatch confirmation email after your order ships.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays.
International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
How to Start a Return
Email info@hausofblackbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Your item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Postage
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on wigs that show signs of wear.
